MAESTRO Estimator has been designed to serve the needs of both EP&C and Program Operations estimating efforts. Its use of a standard building block approach facilitates the rapid development of accurate and
verifiable estimates with full supporting detail. This proven approach has been utilized successfully for over 15 years at the DOE Hanford Site as well as on numerous commercial projects. MAESTRO provides the best
output capability of any estimating product. A full set of standard detail and summary reports are provided. Existing reports can be utilized as templates for creating custom reporting layouts with complete control over
sorting, grouping and filtering. Creating new reports from scratch is facilitated utilizing MAESTRO's built-in reporting elements. Simply pick the desired elements from the list provided, add sorting, grouping and
filtering selections, and select the desired output style. MAESTRO builds the report layout for you, selects estimate data according to the criteria specified and displays or prints the custom report. You can even
create new reporting elements to perform specific calculations or analyses. A cornerstone of the MAESTRO estimating philosophy is integration. The current version of MAESTRO reads and writes directly to
Microsoft Excel, Lotus 123, dBASE and ASCII formats with full validation of changes done in the external tools. MAESTRO can directly access IEST 2.x and MCACES estimates. MAESTRO also exports summary or detail data
directly to project cost management systems. |
