Service Overview We offer a range of support services to suit the needs of our MAESTRO Estimator and MAESTRO Suite customers. Free support is available via this web site in the form of FAQ
(frequently asked questions), and an online message board. Personal support is available as part of the annual support agreement, which can be purchased at the time of the initial product purchase. Personal support
includes unlimited telephone support, available between the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm PST. Round-the-clock support can also be provided at no additional charge, if pre-arranged.
